To celebrate the summer solstice, Puradies becomes the stage for exceptional culinary artistry: Together with our head chef David Gutierrez, Michelin-starred chef Björn Swanson presents an exclusive Four Hands Dinner – brimming with creativity, depth, and surprising flavors.
Known from Berlin’s "Golvet" and celebrated for his own restaurant "Faelt", Björn brings his distinctive culinary signature to the Alps. His nature-inspired, sustainable cuisine blends seamlessly with the philosophy of our Essenz Restaurant – Garden of Eating: conscious, honest, and deeply rooted in the region.
